Short description of error
Found this string 'Paste Flipped' in the 'Blender.pot'
and was trying to translate it, so decided to investigate a little on its functionality. Created a small animation of the cube, as in this file:

I don't understand what is differences between 'Paste' and 'Paste Flipped' in this context. I simply selected the whole range of keys and move the play-head ahead on the timeline, the tried to 'Paste' and 'Paste Flipped', and they both appeared to give an identical result. With the 'Paste Flipped', I was expecting to see the reverse of the action placed down, beginning with the cube in the highest position and moving back downward to the original position, opposite to what it was before. This is potentially NOT a bug, but a TODO, perhaps?
