sculpting in solid-mode doesnt update shrinkwrap modifier

Short description of error
in solid mode while sculpting - modifier doesnt update (shrinkwrap in my exsample)
in material preview mode it does work
btw: nvidia drivers are up to date

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
open the attached blend and sculpt on the plane - shrinkwrap-modifier do NOT UPDATE
if you switch to mat-preview-mode it works, but thats not a suitable shading-mode for sculpting

We intentionally bypass full updates for better sculpting performance.

For this case where another objects depends on the sculpted object we could detect it and do the full, slower update. But I'd consider improving that outside the scope of the bug tracker.
