Short description of error
in solid mode while sculpting - modifier doesnt update (shrinkwrap in my exsample)
in material preview mode it does work
btw: nvidia drivers are up to date
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
open the attached blend and sculpt on the plane - shrinkwrap-modifier do NOT UPDATE
if you switch to mat-preview-mode it works, but thats not a suitable shading-mode for sculpting
