Short description of error
This only effects my Mac version of Blender. Windows version works as intended.
While in Viewport, EEVEE, or Look Dev, random parts of object's mesh will be invisible and or break (split and flatten across body). If I viewport render or F12 in cycles everything will be fine. Only effects working in the viewport or Rendering in EEVEE

I've included a Blend file with 3 separate objects. Window and window frame parts are gone, along with portions of the wall.
Multiple sections of the human mesh is missing. If you click off then on the collections check box it will break the mesh (sometimes).
Floor slab is missing the upper plane and a side.

I provided another minimal example to reproduce the bug. It only seems to occur if there are multiple material slots assigned to different parts of an object.
