Short description of error
make-single-user dont work with particle settings animation

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

• ive animated particle_Settings > velocity > normal
• used the particle-settings on a second emitter
• made the particle-settings itself single user (in particle propertys)
• made the animation data single user (object > relations > make single user > animation)
• the emitters still shares the same animation-data

btw the 2nd emitter object is single user also
