Checking the Dyntopo checkbox is undoable with Ctrl Z.
One can sculpt, undo a bunch of times, and wonder why their model is/isn't still becoming more detailed.
I told another user about this and they recommended I send this ticket.

While this might seem inconsistent [e.g. compared to enable/disable X-Mirror in editmode -- which doesnt cause an undo push], in the case of the dyntopo toggle [which is an operator, not a setting] some more stuff happens under the hoodin this case, see sculpt_dynamic_topology_disable_with_undo / sculpt_dynamic_topology_enable_with_undo.

So an undo push is expected and needed here.

Will close this as not-a-bug. [unless @Pablo Dobarro (pablodp606) has objections?]
