Create ruler/angle/thickness measurement and press Ctr+C but it doesn't copy the value to the clipboard

Yes actually. In Blender 2.79, when you activate the ruler, there an option below that says Ctr+C = Copy Value.

Germano Cavalcante (mano-wii) lowered the priority of this task from 90 to 50.Nov 20 2019, 9:04 PM

I can confirm.
I believe this option was removed when transitioning the ruler operator to a tool.
@Campbell Barton (campbellbarton), do you know if there was any reason to remove this option?

Jeroen Bakker (jbakker) changed the subtype of this task from "Report" to "Bug".Jan 21 2020, 9:09 AM

I will mark as a bug as the new implementation works as implemented, but is missing some features that we didn't knew we had, although it is documented.
