Short description of error
In the filtering options of the Outliner you can define to only show Objects that are selected, active, hidden or visible.
When disabling collections for the viewport or excluding them this works fine but when setting the type to "Visible" and toggling the eye icon on a collection it doesn't work.

In this file I have 3 collections, each with one object and 2 outliners on the side (One is not showing collections).
They are both set to only show visible objects.
