The "Batch Command" is missing,in 2.81 release is very important command and usefull, please add again.

This doesn't appear to be a bug. The Batch Rename was added in 2.81, while the Blender version you are using is a 2.80 alpha version from one year ago. It's the most simple logic that the previous release doesn't have all the features that a new release has.

This report does not contain all the requested information, which is required for us to investigate the issue. Be sure to provide system information, Blender version, and a .blend file with exact steps to reproduce the problem.

You can try File->Defaults->Load Factory Settings. Also make sure mouse is over outliner region when you use shortcut.

Working fine here in 2.81 release.

  • How are you trying to call this? (should be Ctrl+F2 for blender keymap or Alt+Return for industry compatible keymap...)
  • If these still dont work, please try this with File->Defaults->Load Factory Settings (as @Anthony Edlin (krash) )already suggested...)
