[Sculpt Mode] No texture in Solid View (Texture Color)

Operating system: Windows 7 x64
Graphics card: GeForce GT 630M (notebook)

Blender Version
v2.82 (sub 4)

Short description of error
No texture in Sculpt Mode - Solid View(Textured) viewport mode/ The mesh is blank
In other shading modes all is OK.
Also texture appears if any modifier is added to mesh.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1 Load default startup cube.
2 Set shading mode to Solid and Color type to Texture (View Texture)
3 Add any texture image to cube.
4 Go to Sculpt mode enabled.

This is a know limitation. Texture drawing is disabled when PBVH drawing is used.

add a modifier, for example, Weighted Normal and the texture appears and you can sculpt with it

If you add a modifier, PBVH drawing is disabled, so you can see the textures, but it is much slower.
