"grab active vertex" + shape keys doesn't work properly

Short description of error
in sculpt mode, using the grab brush with "grab active vertex" doesn't work properly if editing shape keys.

That is not only a problem with grab active vertex.
Yes, the preview is wrong (using the undeformed geometry), but it [the vertex dot] is so even if grab active vertex is turned OFF or another brush like Elastic Deform is used.

Not even sure if sculpting on shapekeys is properly supported like that?

In theory it is not supported, the grab active vertex, cursor and mesh preview always use the original coordinates. I made a fix for this case, but we need to think if it is worth supporting it.

There is a patch for this report, but I would like to reconsider if this is the optimal way to fix it. I would prefer to consider it a limitation of how grab active vertex works for now.

I reproduced this bug in blender 2.81, but not the latest daily build, so it appears the bug has been fixed already.
