  • Create several Grease Pencil layers, an armature and make the bone for each layer.
  • create a relationship between them
  • lay down some keys
  • and then sculpt over the top

Please do not simply link to videos to explain the issue.

Also, it seems like you are reporting multiple bugs at the same time here (or why do you need multiple videos?). Make sure you only report a single issue per report.

You should provide a simple step by step guide on how to reproduce the bug (in text form). If possible, provide a simple .blend file to reduce the number of steps that have to be done to reproduce the issue.

I'll close this report. Please open a new report for every bug you found and provide the necessary information.

I think you're being hasty in closing this report. This is only one issue reported here.

That is, " Ghosting happens when trying to sculpt keys".

I also did some further testing and I think it might have something to do with Grease Pencils mask verts inside sculpt mode.

Please take another look at the blend file.

Here are the bullets points again with more detail.

  • Create several Grease Pencil layers, an armature.
  • Make the bone for each grease pencil layer.
  • Create a relationship between the bone and the layer.
  • Animate the armature into different positions (you will need more than 2 keys in your timeline).
  • After you have animated sculpt on some frames.

If you have the patience to watch from the above link till 7:51 I will tell you why this workflow is good and how the sculpting selection/ ghosting issue is a problem.
