bevel modifier not working really well with bevel weights

Short description of error
add some bevel weight in some edges in 1 and 0.4 values, add bevel modifier with bevel weights, increase/change other settings like offset still same problem.

I assume, you don't like how beveled edges join together. Try changing Miter Patterns to Arc

oh yeah this is how it should appear (manually done in edit mode), this is how appears with the modifier with bevel weights, thats what i meant...
