Short description of error
Since above mentioned commit the pose bones show up in pose mode either randomly or not at all.
I am not sure but it almost looks like this seems to happen only when i create the bones with Python.
Creating a rig from scratch seems to be OK so far. I have not tested in depth.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I have prepared a blend file by cutting away most of the bones from our generated rig.
When i open this blendfile in Blender 2.82 and switch to Pose mode, then all pose bones are displayed. When i open the same file with current Master, the pose bones are either not displayed, or only some of them are shown. Which bones are shown seems to be random.
