Short description of error
When you select an Armature and you press the 3 key it switch in Edit Mode instead of Pose Mode

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Select an Armature and press 3 key it suppose to switch in Pose Mode but it's switching in Edit Mode.

It's the case for versions 2.81 2.82 and 2.83.
