Short description of error
liquid expands or dilates over time when some forces are used..
(also liquid looses volume when colliding with deforming geometry)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
select defaut cube > object > quick effect> liquid
add turbulence crank the force up to something like 10
bake 250 frame

I was not able to reproduce the volume loose with animated geometry.... but it's bugged as well, expanding once again.

Could you provde a simple file showing the problem?

For now, the only solution to issues like these is to adjust the "Particle Radius". @kevin deguisne (iscream) In the .blend file that you attached, can you try simulating with a smaller "Particle Radius". A value of 0.65 seemed to work for me.
