Short description of error
screw Modifier flips normals when I Bevel Vertecies. I used solidify and subdiv ; order of modifiers doesn't effect the bug
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

This is the same as T66320

See the solution in that item, namely to use the "Calc order" option in the Screw modifier.
