Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
When creating an image-texture material in current version 2.82 or 2.83 alpha daily build, setting image interpolation to "closest" and projection to "box" causes the extrapolation setting "repeat" to fail and not repeat the texture. Please see screenshot below for example and exact settings of the image node. When setting the interpolation back to the default "linear", "repeat" works as intended. When setting "linear", "extend" and "clip" work like "repeat". I assume that is another related bug.

Hope this helps. Thank you all for your hard work! Blender is an amazing tool!

Please prepare a very simple .blend file that shows the issue. That makes it much easier for us to reproduce the issue. Make sure you pack the texture into the file.

Sure, no problem. Here is a minimal example with the default cube and a generated uv-testgrid texture.

Thanks, I can reproduce the issue now. This seems to be Eevee specific.
