Short description of error
Crash when scrolling mouse-wheel up on an expanded popup

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Blender
Go in edit mode, so the overlay-popup is longer than the window height
Use the arrow down to extend the popup.
Place the cursor over the popup and turn the mouse-wheel upwards.
At that point it crashes on my PC.
