Run blender_debug_log.cmd (see blender directory) and upload the two files it mentions.
Also update GPU drivers

it looks same file, sorry, I'm not really good at cmd.., first time doing it...
I already update my GPU drivers with the with Nvidia App..no luck..

I just reinstall blender 2.82a still won't launch....please help!!run cmd as same result above..

Please include the system-info.txt generated from the Help > Save System Info Menu will give information about the OS, hardware, drivers, Blender version and add-ons enabled.
You can use 2.80 to get the file. https://www.blender.org/download/previous-versions/

that is not helpful. Did you double click on file, or are you manually entering it in cmd ? Please do the former

, I downloaded the previous 2.80 and try to find system-info.txt generated, I couldn't find it ..and I went to Help > Save System Inf{F8422753}..and not sure what i can do...

Please use this option, save the file and upload it here

I think i'm not sure how to run cmd, so I didn't save anything?

You don't have to manually run cmd, just run this file in the blender install directory

not sure I get it right?

Run the file on the version that's crashing and upload the files

I ran the file and it just flash and closed the cmd and I open the save system info ,,still show this

both I got it from 2.83

Your computer is making Blender use your integrated Intel CPU for OpenGL rendering.

You will have to change your settings in the NVIDIA control panel to force it to let Blender use your NVIDIA card.

See the linked post and the following one on how to do this.

mine is GeForce 1080ti look like this, cant find 3d sitting...

Ankit Meel (ankitm) claimed this task.

The aim is to get GeForce as the device in place of Intel in system info.txt

OpenGL:
============================================

renderer:	'Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630'
vendor: 'Intel'
version:	'4.5.0 - Build 26.20.100.7263'

If the issue persists, please file a new report with all the required info. As of now, this is a support request, not a bug.

do you mean I should create a new task for support??
