Addon is enabled but does not appear on th 2D Yoolshelf Tools tab… or any other tab.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open the tool shelf and and look at the tabs–happens in default startup

Are we talking about https://blenderartists.org/t/drop-to-ground-addon/ ?
If so, this Addon is not maintained by blender afaics, maybe drop a note on BlenderArtists instead?
Will have to close, thx reporting anyways...
