I haven't tryied the previous versions, i didn't want to uninstall this version of blender bc i don't know which addons i have installed in it....
Short description of error
So I'm working on this new project, it's basically a rigged body, and everything was going smooth until few days ago when I oppened the project and "everything was fine" i thought, navigating through viewport (in the rendered view too) was smooth, going in edit mode was a bit sugish, but I thought nothing of it, and then I rigged my body and try to move anything and my program would just freeze for sometime (sometimes even 1 or 2 minutes). When I pressed undo it would freeze anywhere between 1 and 10 minutes (sometimes even crash). I thought it's because my model is too detailed (although it makes 0 sence because the day before it was working fine). So i went into another project of mine where the model was like 120k verticies, and i tried to move it (it wasn't even rigged, I just used the command shortcut G) and the same thing happened.
Keep in mind that I'm relatively new to blender i have been working on it for past 10 months. If anyone can help me with my problem that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I don't know how or why it happened, I think it might be because I might have updated my windows the day before, but everything else is doing as well as before, some games and programs even better than before.

i don't know which addons i have installed in it....

Run blender_debug_log.cmd (blender directory ) and upload the two files.
system info would have list of addons.

I don't know how or why it happened,

unfortunately, that cannot help finding the bug, let alone fixing it.
You can make a new file from scratch, with several vertices and see if pressing G freezes it. Otherwise "a way to make a file, that helps get the freeze" is required.

It does freeze in any other file too, my pc is good enough to handle 150k verticies, but it s still freezing.
Thank you for responding.

Can you share the blend file, with any extraneous elements removed which don't contribute to the bug ?

This is the .blend file, i reduced the number of verticies and it was still laggy moving it (but better), in pose mode its almost impossible to work with and on undo command it is still freezing

I can give u the original fille with all the verecies, it was 2.5m, thank's again.

Please save developers time by:

  • Give a brief description of the error. (Usually no longer than 1 line)
  • Inform the exact steps for others to reproduce the error. (Usually based on an attached .blend file as simple as possible).

A guideline for making a good bug report can be found at https://wiki.blender.org/wiki/Process/Bug_Reports

Thanks for the report. Unfortunately the scenario described is too time consuming for us to track down, we require the bug reporter to narrow down the problem.
Normally .blend files can be simplified by removing most objects and disabling settings, until the problem reveals itself more clearly.
If there are many steps to reproduce the problem, please attach a .blend file saved right before the bug occurs, so only a few steps are needed to trigger the bug.
