Short description of error
Modifiers added in edit mode are undone out of order if you go back to object mode and then start undoing.
Affects both old and new undo system. There's often mentions of edit<->object transitions being problematic but just in passing; I think this is a long standing issue. Just wanted to note it down as I test out the undo systems.
Hoping the new undo system can account for this now.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
- Default scene
- Go to edit mode on the default cube
- Add any modifier (bevel, subdivision, etc.)
- Add any loop cut 1
- Add another loop cut 2
- Go to object mode
- Undo --> Modifier is removed first (out of order)
- Undo --> Loop cut 2 is removed
- Undo --> Loop cut 1 is removed
