Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card:Intel (R) HD Graphics 4600

Blender Version
Broken: (example: 2.80, edbf15d3c044, master, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen) 2.82
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected) 2.82

Short description of error
When left click I get an "Editor Type" menu and when Right Click I get "Objects Content Menu" also in bottom left corner it says for Left Click "Context Enum Menu" and Right Click "Object Context Menu" if I click on Select box nothing happens.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Don't know, but it happens in all of my previous projects now as well.
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Does clicking on File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings help?

If not, please explain exactly what you did, what happened and what you expected to happen. I don't understand what is the issue.

Thank you for getting back to me. I can’t get the first problem to happen again. I deleted Blender completely and reinstalled it and that problem went away.
