I can not reproduce this issue.

Please make sure your GPU drivers are up to date and check if this happens when you click on File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings.

Hai,
I have uploaded the screen shots
it can be noted that even in cycles the situation is same with GPU etc.
I have taken 3 scenario,

  1. cycles wit GPU{F8476284}
  2. cycles with CPU{F8476286}
  3. EEVEE{F8476297}

sorry for the 1 repeat screenshot, its mistake{F8476288}

Please note that i had downloaded the zip version of the blender not the installer version.
I had extracted and using the blender 2.82 from the extracted file.
Since My laptop already has blender 2.79 and i dint want to leave that. I want both 2.79 and 2.8X series.
hope this clarifies
?

Hai,
additional info,
My GPU says its upto date,
and i set to factory setting also the same issue...
attached the GIF{F8476313} for your referance...

Richard Antalik (ISS) updated the task description. (Show Details)
Richard Antalik (ISS) added a project: Cycles.
Brecht Van Lommel (brecht) claimed this task.
Brecht Van Lommel (brecht) edited projects, added GPU / Viewport; removed Cycles.

This issue appears unrelated to Cycles. The screenshots shows a missing material in solid draw mode.

I think this is a duplicate of T71576: Viewport/crash artefacts with multiple materials and legacy NVIDIA drivers.

Installing the latest NVIDIA graphics drivers may help.
