Worked: Sorry, i don't use Blender enough. I think 2.80 didn't do this.

Short description of error
The mouse cursor will continuously display the hourglass animation after starting blender. I don't know what's happening everything looks fine with the system as far as I can tell.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Start program.

Event Timeline

Left Blender loading while writing up this bug report and when I went back to the program the hourglass was gone. So I guess the issue is some long -running function that makes it appear as though there is an issue and it will eventually exit? It was doing the animation for a solid 5 minutes.,
