Short description of error
Thank you for getting back to me. I can’t get the first problem to happen again. I deleted Blender completely and reinstalled it and that problem went away.

The second problem I will upload some screen saves to help you see the problem I am having with the fluid menu which does not allow me to make water. I watched a file from YouTube https://youtu.be/17XBn_974jU, and its fluid menu is different then mine. My fluid does not poor out as water, instead it is a green, red particles that turn blue after awhile.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Here is another file you can share, still adding to it with furniture and shrubs.

It is likely that poster of that video is using some external tools to add fluid types. By default, you get what you show in your blender's screenshot.
Also,

My fluid does not poor out as water, instead it is a green, red particles that turn blue after awhile.

That is expected and is an indicator of the speed of the particles.

I am having with the fluid menu which does not allow me to make water.
