Short description of error
Strokes Are Hidden by some kind of clipping in wireframe viewport shading

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Create a new basic scene with default cube, or just add a cube (Make sure it is in the center of the scene)
  2. Add a Grease Pencil > Blank object.
  3. draw some stroke
  4. Set Viewport shading to wireframe
  5. Notice that Some Strokes Are Hidden by some kind of clipping
