Short description of error
In edit mode While moving Vertices the unselected are moving and distorting the Image. It was working fine when I was extruding and rotating planes but at one point it just stopped working.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Proportional editing is not on which is all the forums mentioned online

You have topology mirror enabled, disable this option since this isn't a symmetrical mesh.
