System Information
Operating system: Linux Mint 19.3 (Ubuntu 18.04.3 based)
Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 1080

Blender Version
Broken: 2.82a (from snap store)

Short description of error
When exporting a file to FBX format, transparency gets lost.
Exactly the same settings work with glTF-binary.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Export a file that has a transparent material and/or transparent texture as FBX


Look at the file in any 3D viewer or import it back into Blender.
Transparency is lost.

@Eitan Traurig (EitanSomething) If you want to do some triaging, please do it properly. this is not even the proper projects at all.

@Julian (MotoFckr9k) not sure how you even get any transparency in that file? Your texture alpha channel is not linked to the alpha input of the shader node... Once this is done here I do get proper transparency on re-importing FBX file.
