Blender crashes while adding a scene in this attached video project
Error : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Blend file
Log file 1
Log file 2

Open Blender
Load Blend file
In the sequence editor:
Shift-A -> Scene
Select "00 Read the description"

> Crash

I believe this was already fixed with rBbe69f23b687 can you try the latest build of 2.83.

Ho, I didn't realize that the 2.9 version I used is very old. Sorry for that.
The .blend I provided does not crash with a more recent 2.9 but my actual project does.

Ok, looks like I need to create another defect right?
I will rebuild 2.9 based on latest code.

Eh, can't confirm. I have opened wrong Blender version.
In that case, I can confirm, that this has been resolved.
