Reproduction
Consistently shown in files where the View tab's Clip End is greater than 95km. Gets worse as the Clip End distance increases. Unaffected by Clip Start.

Please upload help > save system info.txt file.
Also, have you tried updating the GPU drivers?

This is not a bug, this is how clipping planes work.
Having such huge values will lead to severe precision loss and will in turn lead to rendering artifacts as you can see.
