Short description of error
With Wacom Intuos PT S ( everything is up to date and i tried different "tablet API" in preferences)
the middle clic doesn't work/ is not recognised even in the status bar in the viewport,
but the middle clic of the mouse works ( "alt axis snap" showing in status bar)

To navigate in the viewport, I need to alt+left clic to rotate around
but on 2.81.16, middle works fine to rotate the view.
Same problem for scrolling in the menus (materials/render/...)
(I configure the tablet on wacom driver to have the scroll button as middle clic)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Middle clic is not supported on startup with factory settings (with emulate 3 buttons mouse)
