Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
nomal size in bezier curve and path, not proporcional scale

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
add Bezier Curve or Path > in edit mode, scale strokes to 0.01(select strokes, press S + 0.01) > exit to Object mode and scale curve object x100 > enter in Edit mode, the normals of the strokes not does proporcional to screen size, or object scale. Even if apply the object scale.
In a complex object not possible edit, for not possible visualize correctly. And is very difficult adjust the size normal.
This problem is frecuently when import SVG files, or adjusts radios for curve modifier work or others situations.
Mi opinión is; the normals of the curve object must work equal normal mesh objects (depending to the viewer size screen).

Event Timeline

To scale of the spline normals there is a command that can help: Alt S
They serve to indicate the size of the influence of some modifier properties for example. It's not just visual.
In blender 2.90 (experimental) there is an option to disable the normal size display.
