Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected) - Brush is new, so never worked.

Short description of error

With cloth filter brush acticated, hovering over the Dyntopo panel throws a AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'brush' error. And the Dyntopo panel never shows. You can't activate it.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Open Blender, switch to Sculpt Mode, activate the Cloth Filter brush.
Now try to activate the Dyntopo. Watch the panel content, it is empty. Watch the console. You will read the AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'brush' error.

This has been taken care of by rBe233ee1c1fb1: Fix T78186: Dyntopo panel error with tools that dont have a brush -- was reported again after this report and fixed.
Will close as resolved, feel free though to comment again if issues persist.
