Short description of error
With Cycles renderer, if "Auto Depth" is enabled, when we change the viewport shading to "Render" and we click without dragging with the scroll-wheel, the viewport overlays disappear.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
- Go to Preferences>Navigation;
- enable "Auto Depth" option;
- Set "Cycles" as render engine;
- change the 3D viewport shading mode to "Rendered";
- click anywhere in the 3D viewport with the scroll-wheel.
