Short description of error
Annotation Eraser tool does not show the cursor when trying to remove annotations until you use it, meaning you have no clue how big the erase area is until you use it.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Select Annotation Eraser tool. Done, you have no tool cursor that shows you the size of the eraser tool. Just some random eraser cursor icon but you don't see the tool effect area until used.
