System Information
Operating system:Win10Pro 1909
Graphics card:GTX 860M

Blender Version
Broken: 2.83

First i was able to cycle trough selection tools (box, freeform, ..) with Ctrl+W, i searched keymap for it, to see the command name, but there was no such and the action stopped working . I tried C, and now when i use it, i can click trough everything in the window until restart, while the selection works in add mode .

Tried to reset settings and reinstall .

W - cycle through selection tools
C - does not switch the tool, it starts the modal operator, click Esc or Return to finish the operator

@Yevgeny Makarov (jenkm) i did try Esc at the first occurrence, multiple times, it 100% didn't work . But now it does (portable), thanks .
