I am using 2.83.0
Short description of error
When I am trying to edit the curves in the graph editor, I grab the handles and move them them around,but instead of the curve to change, the key-frames move around without the curve changing. I tried to press R to rotate but that doesn't work.
Cannot reproduce here.
Please provide a simple example .blend file that shows this issue (maybe a video of what happens might help here as well)
Please also make sure you provide System information (attach the output of Help > Save System Info as a txt file here).
Another thing to test is if this also happens with Factory Default (File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings)
No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.
