Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[take a cube remesh it and use mask]
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

Pretty sure this is a duplicate of T78188: Sculpt mask painting provides heavy shading glitches (today regression), will merge these reports.
(feel free to comment again though if this is a different issue)
