Short description of error
Error python message when I try to open FBX file exported with 3DS Max

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open a MAX file downloaded from internet into 3DS Max 2021 --> Export by default in FBX
Open new blender project import the FBX and obtain this message:

It seems this issue is already resolved. Can you try again with the latest version of Blender? https://builder.blender.org/

I will consider this fixed for now, if the issue ever cam up again, we can look into it then.
