Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
The blender interface is completely broken. Menus are transparents and overlapping, elements are distorted and all over the place.
See screenshot attached for a sample of the problem.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Download blender 2.90 alpha build
Open blender, the interface is broken.

The final versions of 2.8x are all fine. That's just with 2.90 alphas. On the different daily builds I tried, they all had the display issue.
