Short description of error
The translation delta transform display along the Y and Z axis is broken in latest master

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1). With the default cube selected press G to translate and then either Y or Z (NOT X) to lock axis
2). Notice the numerical value of the delta transform in the top left corner in the 3d view is not updating and remains at 0 or -0m
