Short description of error
Manipulating the values in ‘3d view→n-panel→dimensions:' with ‘alt-key’ held down and dragging the mouse cursor will no-longer affect all the selected objects, only the parent.
(feature still present for 'Location', 'Rotation', 'Scale'.)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

1. Duplicate the default cube and move it so both cubes are visible.
2. select both cubes and go to ‘3d view→n-panel→Dimensions:'
3. With both cubes selected, hold down the alt-key and start manipulate the value by dragging your cursor in one of the three fields for 'Dimensions'

PS. feature did not have the same affect as just scaling the objects, (see animated gif bellow)
