Short description of error
Blender Snapping does not work correctly when trying to snap to Grid. I included a 38 second video describing the problem/settings.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Blender is amazing, and I use 3D for a living and I am trying to move away from MAYA/MAX however, this is something that is integral to my workflow and the people I work with (videogames) Thank you for working on such an amazing product! Thank you, Chris{F8718778}

@Germano Cavalcante (mano-wii) I will let you have a look, as you are more familiar with snapping.

It's confusing, but it's not a bug.
There is an invisible grid towards the z axis as well.
Fortunately, there are plans to resolve this confusion.

Thanks for the report, it will be considered in T66427: Snap to Grid in Perspective View performed only at ground level
