Strange camera behavior

Graphics card: 1080ti

Blender Version
I've found this while working on 2.83 but it's still there in 2.91

Short description of error
Camera when parented to an empty does move the empty in the walk navigation mod.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Create empty - parent camera to an empty - animate empty location or rotation - move camera with walk navigarion

What is the problem? Your example works as expected. The empty moves with the camera in walk mode, but because it is animated it will return to its keyed location/rotation unless you add a new keyframe.

Why does it moves with the camera? That makes no sense. Camera is a child of an empty not a parent, and if I move camera with move tool in viewport it works just as you would expect and empty keeps original position .
