Short description of error
[Eevee Motion blur not working with camera movement ]

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[step 1 add a few key frames to an object and a camera
step 2 render a frame where you would expect to see motion blur ]

Seems I cannot reproduce here.

Just to make sure we are all on the same page: could you share your example .blend file where this happens?

We have another report for this now (T79970: Camera Animation Breaks EEVEE Motion Blur (Two Steps or More)) which has a bit more information (as in: this only happens with more than 1 step), so will merge into that report.
