Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.90.0, branch: master, commit date: 2020-08-31 11:26, hash: rB0330d1af29c0
Worked: 2.82a

Short description of error
(GPU Rendering) Cycles crashed my computer twice over trying to render a cube with some lighting, when I retried rendering it then it rendered with some artifacts (vertical lines of RGB)
I have tried different driver versions of my GPU clean installing each one and nothing works, I've even tried reinstalling blender but it doesn't work. This also happened with versions since 2.83

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
*Use Cycles to render the file

With the newest drivers for my GPU, the viewport (in rendered view) looked as below:

And so I rolled back my drivers to a more stable version and the viewport showed the objects but if you were to zoom in you'd see the artifacts
