Occationally artifacts in the UI (N Side Panel, Open Dialog Box,..)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Occationally after one of these actions:

• Open blender - immediately artifacts at the UI (sidebar)
• Set viewport to rendermode, set rendermode to cycles, load an HDRI into the enviroment texture, change the HDRI -> artifacts in the open dialog box, no icons.

These behaviour appears occationally, sometimes after a view minutes, sometimes instantanously.
