The new Nishita Sky texture does not work. It throws now shadows on the scene. I can also change the intensity of the sun, set it to 1 or 1000, no difference.

Turn on Cycles and render the animation.

The issue is caused by the fact the "direct lighting" has been clamped to a small value and the "sampling method" is set to none. To fix it, change the "Direct Light Clamp" to 0 and the World sampling method to "Auto":
