Short description of error
Dont know how to describe it, it just doesnt smooth

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
go to the graph editor
create an animation or select a curve for an existing animation
press Alt O.
wrong results.

Also added to this is the fact that this tool doesnt exist in any menus in the graph editor

I cannot reproduce the problem.
